Microsoft alums launch digiMine

A group of Microsoft veterans has launched, a Seattle company aiming to help e-commerce companies store and analyze customer data. Co-founders include CEO Usama Fayyad, who led the Data Mining & Exploration group at Microsoft, and chief operating officer Bassel Ojjeh, who oversaw the development of Microsoft Commerce Server 4.0 and some of MSN’s early web data warehouses.
